Welcome to MyBibleGuide. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyBibleGuide mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

MyBibleGuide provides various features including daily verses, prayers, Bible browser, and biblical advisor services. Features may be updated, modified, or enhanced over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to the Service.

4. User Content

The Service may allow you to submit content, such as prayer requests, comments, or notes. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

Biblical content is provided with respect for copyright laws and in accordance with fair use principles for religious and educational purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MYBIBLEGUIDE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
